Atlantic Chestnut 1

Atlantic Chestnut is a 4.5-acre development in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, with three interconnected, mixed-use buildings housing 1,200 residential units.

Bauer Structures was initially tasked with completing mass Soil Remediation throughout the site. This scope included remediating hazardous soil in order to improve ground conditions for development. Bauer also completed a large Foundation Scope, including the shoring of Excavation Piles and engineering Foundation Piles, in addition to Soil Remediation. GC - Monadnock
