64 University Place is a 65,000 square foot residential building with 15 floors in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York.

Bauer was hired to complete the 15-story reinforced concrete superstructure as well as a comprehensive foundation scope. Excavation of the site, installation of a Shoring or Excavation System, and installation of Foundation Piles, Caps, and Retaining Walls were all part of our foundation scope. These piles support the substructure and the 15-story superstructure. Bauers High–rise Concrete crews were then called in to finish the 15-story reinforced Concrete Superstructure in a logistically challenging environment. GC - CNY
