122 Waverly Avenue in Brooklyn, New York is a residential building over 6 floors. Bauer was engaged to complete a comprehensive Foundation Scope as well as a 6-story reinforced Concrete Superstructure. Our Foundation Scope included Excavation of the site, Installation of a Shoring System, Foundation Piles, Pile Caps and Retaining Walls. Bauers High-rise Concrete crews were then mobilized in late 2022 to complete the 6-story Concrete Superstructure. GC - CM & Associates
